We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, and I want to give a special shout-out to Alejandro at the reception. After a less pleasant experience at another hotel, Alejandro’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. He made everything from our check-in to our entire stay the best we’ve had. Honestly, out of the five hotels we’ve stayed at in Ibiza, this one tops them all. Hard Rock Hotel has amazing facilities and the best service we’ve encountered. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Alejandro at the reception for making our stay truly exceptional!

Apartment was fantastic for family with 2 small children. Lots of space, all the amenities you would need. Perfect location for Old Town, the beach and shopping. Some reviews complained about noise from the bar downstairs but we didn't find it a problem.

Breakfast was tasty but too much effort to have to choose from a menu when you have young hungry kids. Buffet style would be easier as they find it easier to decide if they can see what's on offer.

The views of the coast were amazing from the lovely balcony and the swimming pool was stunning. We had a wonderful few days - the appartment was very comfortable, well equipped, extremely clean and we loved it! Esther was so friendly and helpful too.

Checkin proces very bad. They don’t respond once you make the reservation. Just a couple hours before checkin, they ask you to fill in a form that is not user friendly and always give errors. You will not get an access code until you complete the online checkin. This was very frustrating for us since we were busy with traveling. We arrived 2 hours later than allowed checkin, but still found the cleaner in the apartment for cleaning and rushing things. Therefore the appartment was very dirty during our stay.
