I travelled to Lourdes for the first time 30years since my last stay my children travelled with me. Christina & her team off staff made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend the Saint Georges hotel. Thank you 😊 I caught up with many friends whilst staying at the Saint Georges, especially Philippe who made my children so happy. A truly fantastic stay 💯%.

The family atmosphere was fantastic, above & beyond.

The hotel is lovely, clean and the staff were very accommodating. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I had emailed through prior to our arrival and asked if possible for our two rooms to be next to each other. The communication before our arrival was excellent as well. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

A nicely decorated hotel with comfortable bedrooms. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and there was a nice breakfast, this had an additional price.

The television didn’t work in one of our rooms but this wasn’t really too much of an issue for us.

Property had everything required and In a great location to explore Paris. Close to shops, restaurants and transport. Breakfast was delicious.

The stairs to second floor could present a problem to older people.

A whole set of cooking facilities included - it's great. Iron is also included.

There was only one staff on the front desk, running for check-in and luggage storage. And it waste some time when people who wants their luggage queues for reaching the staff.

Great location and comfy rooms (we slept 2 in 4 person rooms). Comfortable beds.

Bathrooms are odd. No space for storage of toiletries (bags) and no place to hang towels to dry (?). There is no coffee machine or cooker for thee / cups in the rooms. Most importantly, at checkin the credit card machine did not work and we had to pay a 300 euro deposit in cash. Upon departure this cash amount would be refunded. When we left this was not possible and promised that the amount would be wired to our bank account. Up to this day we have NOT received our deposit back!

Poor communication and no respect for customers I arrived at the apartment on the day of the booking at 1400 hrs. No body there to received me. I then call him no answer then he text to me tell me there is an issue with accommodation, therefore he cannot host. He left me and my family stranded in Dijon. I found This very unacceptable, considering my accommodation was booked and paid for since July 6.

Location and size

Very noisy at night, due to it very central location. Also after markets and at weekends a bit dodgy to travel around the town you will be targeted by homeless men. Nothing to do Sunday or Mondays as everything closes down so I would not visit on these days It lacks privacy as the back of apartment looks onto a public courtyard that is used by locals and tourists from early to late
