Everything you needed was readily available, the property was extremely clean with beds made and towels for everyone. The wildlife outside the door was amazing we saw woodpeckers, jays, heard an owl and best of all we saw red squirrels feeding on the nuts we took right on the door step.

We had a lovely stay.Room was amazing really clean,nice to have a fridge with milk,fresh orange,croissants and jam.Staff were so friendly nice meals in the pub.There was nothing not to like and look forward to another visit sometime.

My price didn't include brekkie so I went elsewhere as I wanted to be elsewhere in a given time. I realise that i could have added brekkie but felt 'time' was more important, maybe have an option of take away coffee plus a ready prepared 'x' . Would have liked a rug or similar on the floor of the room. No beer available when the guest comes in 'later'

I received constant scam messages from this property’s booking account saying that I need to follow a link or else my booking would be cancelled. Because I booked this accommodation months ago, for my family trip, it was extremely stressful for me to receive this constant messages. When I contacted the provided phone number, I was told this was a problem with booking.com itself and it has nothing to so with this particular accommodation. Because I was already on trip, I didn’t have time to contact booking.com at the time. I had to face this distressing messages again and again ON AN ACCOMMODATION THAT I PAID FOR A CANCELLATION INSURANCE FOR. I will attach the screenshots of the scam messages via booking.com as well as my personal phone number, so that people can book this place at their own risk of knowing that they will get constant scam messages and their personal data including their name and personal numbed could be used against them. The worst part is, I escalated this after my trip ended with booking.com, not once but twice, I did ring them as they never got back to the text service that they guarantee a response in 24 hours, NOBODY EVER GOT BACK TO ME. I am left with all the distress that I faced because of them without anyone taking teeniest bit of responsibility. Another thing, I booked this place for 3 adults and 2 kids, but there were only 2 proper pillow, and 2 towels. There were no bed sheet to make a bed on the couches.
