Luxury Apartments in Westminster

Situated so close to the tube and main attractions in and around Westminster, these appartments are superbly located. Both bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen and living room were clean and of a good size. On first impressions, it looked modern and bright. The team were really responsive when making contact and the access instructions were clear.

I would not say luxury is a fair representation. We had fans on in the bedrooms when we arrived, which we thought was odd. We then discovered the heating controls were locked to a toasty 26 degrees and 24 in different rooms. Towels were not big enough to wrap around you after a shower. Would have expected full towel sets per person. No basic provisions so you need to purchase everything. We had not anticipated the need to purchase our own teatowels. On the blind there are a number of stains, the glass on the bathroom mirror had discolouration and signs of rust. One bedrooms lamp shows signs of being melted due to incorrect buld being used. Although plates etc, provied it is a mixed bag and not a full set. Not luxury. Beds could benefit from a much better mattress and additional pillows could be made available. If you want a place to use as a base and not looking to stay in much, then this works but not at this price point.

The property is located in a quiet cul-de- sac with parking for two cars at a squeeze on the drive. It has four double bedrooms, one of which is situated downstairs in what would have been the living room I suppose and houses two double beds. One key supplied to the main entrance. Don't lock yourself out!

Disappointed! We found the property generally grubby and in need of a good clean, redecoration, and maintenance in places. The general main wheeley bin was crammed. The kitchen area average, however, has chipped/worn worktops, a lack of suitable cutlery, assorted plates/mugs, etc. The light switch was in need of a replacement and a light bulb missing from the ceiling, the CO2 alarm partially hidden behind the large fridge freezer! Dustpan and brush only. The cramped living/dining area had two uncomfortable, three seater sofas (at a squeeze) and a dining table with four unstable chairs. The three point spotlight (similar throughout) had only one bulb and was damaged with a resident spider at home! The TV functions on Streaming services only. There was no aerial attached. Patio doors lead to the somewhat overgrown garden. Hallway lead to the stairs of which the stair carpet was poorly fitted on the second step. Three double bedrooms on the first floor and a family bathroom (thankfully). Beds/mattresses, pillows were "tired", bedroom furniture was scarce. The ensuite shower water flow was very poor (commented to the host). The shower head had flaking chrome trim, which decorated the user with "silver glitter" (as I found out). Toilet roll holder falling off the wall. Blown glass unit in another bedroom. Most windows were fitted with poorly maintained blinds and the property fitted throughout with poorly fitted and pitted laminate flooring (in places). Hope you're starting to get the picture!! We did not see the host at all during our stay. Personally, I wouldn't have classed this as a "Luxury" property as in the title, but make your own mind up! I could go on!!

Security bond information email was not fully explicit that it could take 5 days for refund process to start. Bond refund came through 100% fine but the delay could be financially tough for some.

Property only had 3 beds, despite being booked for 4 people and advertised as a double, single & sofa bed. Not enough cups / glasses etc Not very clean - skirting boards were filthy Lock on front door was broke so anybody could enter the building

The park is a beautiful park plenty to do with the kids, swimming ect.

The neighbours were horrendous they seemed to sleep through the day and wake up at night they were shouting and sweaing all night with the kids running round and screaming at 3am. Not very good when you have a toddler that keeps being woken up.
