My stay at Orbi City was truly amazing! The apartment is stylish, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The sea view is breathtaking and made my mornings unforgettable. The building is modern, safe, and perfectly located – just a few steps from the beach and close to shops, cafes, and the city center. The host was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my 5-day stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Batumi – it’s the perfect choice!

I had an amazing experience staying at Orbi City. The apartment is spacious, bright, and has a beautiful sea view. Everything was exactly as described, very clean and cozy. The building is modern with 24/7 security and elevators. The host was attentive and made sure I had a comfortable stay. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Batumi.

I stayed at Orbi City for 3 days and really enjoyed my time. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location is excellent – just a few steps from the beach and close to everything I needed. The host was kind and responsive. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Batumi.

before we arrived in Georgia, we heard a lot about Rooms Hotel Kazbegi, and hence our expectations were high. We arrived at the end of August for three nights. The view is amazing, the hotel design is warm and cozy, the food (when it finally arrives) is also delicious. The staff is very helpfu

restaurant outside and in the lobby is busy but the staff-to-guest ratio is not enough - the waiters are running around, but still we waited at least half an hour and sometimes more for everything we ordered. The shower in the room is a nightmare. The rubber inside the shower hose has moved out of place and therefore the water sprays everywhere. Using the shower head is impossible due to engineering design (as they explained at the reception) and as a result - with every shower the entire room gets wet. On the first day we went to reception to ask them to fix the shower and they promised they would do so, but nothing changed… The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken… Instead of fixing it, Rooms found a creative solution – to put the paper on the doorknob or on the floor. Seriously?!? Annoying and not suitable for a hotel that claims to be five stars. The night is cool in the Kazbegi area, but the heating in the room cannot be turned on.

Fantastic location, everything within 5 min walk (beach, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops etc). Great outdoor space. Great wifi.
