Positive section of review
Location to main square and all the main sights of Antigua. Lots of surrounding restaurants, cafes, shops, tourist agencies etc. Friendly, helpful staff. Basic room. Dark interior of the hall way. Needs more lighting for guests. Quiet enough to get a good sleep during the day and night. Wifi and hot water is good. Room safe to store valuables. Enough shelving storage and hangers for clothing. Needs air conditioning. We had a cold air fan which was ok but real aircon installed would be a lot more comfortable.

Surrounded by greenery, room facing out to the view of mountains. Secure building. Room safe to store valuables. Hangers and storage shelves available for clothing. Wifi was ok. Common shared Kitchen to cook meals and large fridge to store food/drinks. Filtered water available for guests from kitchen taps. Nice deck above facing out to the mountains. Short walk down hill to town and jetty. Friendly helpful staff.

Lovely lodge in the jungle. Suggestive location with rooms in the canals with crocodiles (don’t worry they wont eat you!). Rooms were perfect for being a lodge. A couple of nice activities are available such as a walk in the jungle and kayak in the lake. Most pleasant surprise was the food… simply extraordinary for a low price compared to Europe, and I’m quite picky usually as Italian.

Very nice place in the jungle and super close to Tikal. Works well if you want to spend the whole day in Tikal or do a morning or sunrise tour. Make sure to buy your tickets for Tikal online before you arrive.

No electricity for some hours so it’s a bit hot at night. But understandable being in the jungle and eco reserve.
