Here’s a polished hotel review draft that balances both positives and negatives: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the property itself is beautiful. Both the interior and exterior are thoughtfully designed, with modern, stylish touches that make the hotel visually appealing. The ambiance is elegant and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable.

The service left a lot to be desired. The staff were generally unhelpful and not very attentive, which really diminished the overall experience. Breakfast was another disappointment – the menu lacked variety and became repetitive very quickly. No vegan option when I ask to provide something it was met with no, just one word no. Additionally, I witnessed something quite concerning: one of the chefs used a spoon to taste the food and then placed the same spoon back into the pot. This is highly unhygienic and unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a hotel of this standard. Overall, while the hotel looks impressive, the service standards and food hygiene practices need serious improvement. With better staff training, stricter hygiene protocols, and a more diverse breakfast offering, this hotel could truly live up to the beauty of its design. and on another encouraging note for a Chinese organisation in English speaking Guyana,maybe they could have more staff who actually speaks English so they could attend to the English speaking guest.

It was great. Michelle and Charles sure that I get my meals as a vegetarian 😋. And laughter 😃 Ps and the kitchen staff.

The host , she was very welcoming, I feel at home. She did she can to make my stay a good one.

I think it was good value for the price. Maybe an ac in the living room area would have been nice, but there is one in the bedroom to keep you cool.

Delicious food. Waiters and waitresses and the service staff were lovely.

Paid for a room for 1/2 of a day (late check out) so we could store our luggage and confidential stuff. We wete told that we can get the room, but we can't lie on the bed, put anything on it or mess it up. I Paid over 17kGYD just to store my items in a room, only to be told we can't even use the bed. To make things worse, when we returned to the room to get our things, my 72 yr old mother was unwell. She was having dizzy spells. Remembering we were told we can't use the bed, she sat in the chair in the room instead of laid on the bed which she should've done.

Rooms were big and clean. Staff helpful with organising taxis.

Location, close to everything we needed. Hospitable.

The service of this stuff, it's a breakfast. Was great, you get good tips from the staff. What is good of the food and things like that. We had a nice day stay there. The only thing is the room we stay in the shower. My head is coming offer. And the TV you couldn't see nothing properly on it. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

I did not like the taxi service. That's what you guys use. They gave you one prize over the phone. And then when you'll read to destination, they gave you a different price, they are not very reliable.
