First of all, the hostess (Mohammed) was polite, respectful, and at the same time friendly and gave us a warm and friendly welcome .And the head of the tourism and tourist team of this hotel (Abdul Rahman) is a respectful and intelligent person who is fluent in many languages, who created beautiful memories for us in Erbil. At the end this guy's are gorgeous and best.

The hotels is clean and the personnel is very kind and friendly. Especially Riam from the reception and her colleague from the night shift. The breakfast is abundant and fresh! The room was very clean.

all over the room that was finger painted from other people on the TV on the window 🤦♂️ only one of the staff speak Kurdish none of them understand Kurdish language, they promised family swimming but never happened

They charged me extra money due to the currency exchange, the price on booking is different from what I paid at the property (about 450'000 IQD extra money if you want to pay with the Iraqi Dinar currency, I prefer to pay online next time via BOOKING application because it will save a good amount of money.
