Positive section of review
Both apartments were clean, comfortable and well equipped, and Roberto was a helpful, communicative and generous host. The views were exceptional, but what made our stay truly unique and memorable was the direct access to the sea, and the opportunities to swim around and across the bay.

The only thing - and it’s very, very minor - is that all the keys, including the power key, are on one key ring and can’t be separated. Otherwise, nothing!

From initially booking the accommodation Marco couldn't do enough to make sure we had all the information needed from us arriving in town a few hours early we were able to drop our bag and leave them safely at the main office.

Central location not far from the beach and the center. The hotel staff is very kind and always helpful. The hotel has free parking 400 meters from the hotel. The hotel is five minutes from the sea and is also in the center

We stayed for a night. Great location with easy access to the old town of Matera. The room was modern and clean with a nice view of the old town. Teresa, the host, was also very welcoming. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We were offered a voucher for breakfast in a nearby cafe. The voucher covered a drink and a croissant. A bit small, maybe we would have tried another place.

It was spacious, clean and bright. There were many items for tea and snacks in the kitchen for our use.

The stairway up to the room was not lit at all and the elevator was not responding from the bottom floor. One person went up to the first floor to call the elevator up.

Amazing sea and beach just in front of the property. Great for snorkling.

Regulations on the property (head gown pool f.e) and several old neighbours very picky with the kids. On the other side they are allowed to party with very loud music untill midnight. The home should improve kitchen amenities, wifi and hot water. The beds (specially the couch) and pillows were not comortable.
