Very nice and cozy room. View is amazing! you literally see desert, camels passing by. At night the sky is full of stars. Room has wifi (not very fast sometimes, but don't forget you are in the middle of the desert!). Hotel staff were super friendly, they picked us up from petrol station, where taxi brought us. They also organized for us safari trip which I highly recommend, and helped us to organize car for our way back to Amman. You also have nice rocks around hotel which you can climb to make nice photos

The stay was perfect, everything was beautiful and positive and worth trying. The food is delicious, the place is clean, the location is fantastic. It was one of the most enjoyable stays we have had. They also have tours in the desert to see the heritage sites, and I will never forget...Thank you to our leader Hani for the good reception and treatment. The staff are very friendly and cooperative. The room is cozy, wide and comfy. The hotel is quite and good. The water is super good, powerfull and hot. Very comfortable. Air conditioning is super effective. Overall it is very good for the price!

No air dryer in the room. The bathroom could be a little cleaner. Having 2 single beds side to side instead of 1 king size bed is not as comfy.

Cloud7 - ordered extra towels to the room, they took 20 mins and came smelling of cigarette smoke. we complained and they got replacement towels - gym access was subject to extra charge which is not indicated on the listing for booking.com - all complaints were disregarded - security at the bars were extremely aggressive and would not allow me to join my wife at the bar as I had arrived as a male alone Hyatt beach access - beach closed at 7pm which is too early - guests of cloud7 could not re-enter the beach if they leave to get some item from their rooms
