It was a decent stopover before a flight. Staff were helpful and friendly considering the huge volume of guests staying. Regular bus services (every 20 to 30 minutes) to all the Narita airport terminals.

The most wonderful accommodation we had on our trip to Japan. The dinner was absolutely fantastic, the room beautiful and the onsen very big and comfortable. Definitely would come back!

A good airport hotel with airport shuttle. Perfect when you arrive late at Narita Airport and have to catch a plan in the morning again. Good service with many late food options.
