Everything about the property is excellent. Clean, executive set up, warm hot shower, TV in bedsroom in addition to the one in the living room, nice private swimming pool, close to pirates public beach, generous with mirrors in each room and overall nice interior finish.

Got a ground floor room that was deprived of nice views which I often like having each morning and evening especially while on vacation.

Facility was clean, nice location, room service provided during stay and nice restaurant facility within the premises offering fresh and tasty delicacies.Host was responsive and friendly. The place is well lit and secure.

Netflix operation mode of using the mouse option. So unexpected and notbuser friendly at all. Wifi never worked properly for 3/4 days of our stay. Wanna assume is a one time thing but it should never happen to any of the subsequent clients. Finally, the water from the shower only gets hot enough if you just open the tap alittle bit so no much water is coming off the shower head. As we may all agree, we all want that nice hot shower after a long day of touring different places and not having to struggle positioning yourself strategically under the showerhead. Its the meaning of a vacation, right?

Our room was dark, not much natural light. Had a balcony but couldn’t open the windows/patio doors due to being on the first floor only.

Seeing the reviews, I booked this apartment on arrival & departure (safari in between)from Kenya Our stay at this apartment in Kenya was extremely disappointing. First, just before our flight to Kenya, the owner messaged saying there was a “problem” and asked me to cancel the booking myself, without giving much explanation. Since I was about to board, I had no choice but to quickly find another place. This was already a very stressful start. Later, after our safari when we came back, the address listed on Booking.com was incorrect. We went to the location given but couldn’t find the apartment. Only then did the owner inform us that it was actually elsewhere, wasting valuable time and causing more frustration. When we finally checked in, the electricity went out. At first, I assumed it was a general Nairobi power outage, but after checking with neighbors, I found out it was only our apartment because the owner had not paid the electricity bill. I had to wait until she sent me a code to take to security so they could activate the power. After that, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and when I tried contacting the owner, she was unresponsive for quite some time. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a booking in booking.com. If you want peace of mind and reliable service, I strongly recommend booking a hotel or another property instead of this apartment.
