Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. Nice and clean. Nice and big studio apartment. Everything was great. Breakfast was tasty. Check-in experience was amazing. And the washing machines were very useful. Gym was well equipped.

Wifi was really bad - really slow. Advertised as high speed wifi but speed is under 1mbps. There have been plenty of other reviews about this so please fix the wifi. No handheld bidet in the bathroom - may be the only hotel in Nairobi without this

Good shower pressure and comfortable bed. Big drinkable water dispenser included for free. Easy checkin. Secure building. Good location to visit center, giraffe center, elephant orphanage, etc.

Not super convenient having to pay in cash only - you need to arrange a time/hour for someone to come pick up the cash.

The breakfast is exceptional! My room was upgraded on arrival which was a wonderful surprise. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful - anticipating any need you might have.

The staff were amazing. I hope the owner recognises how valuable his staff are. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food was delicious

Free shuttle service from the airport and super-comfy beds. Expensive rates (>$200USD) to not include a free breakfast though

On arrival I was told that the pool was closed from 8pm, and breakfast service didn't start until after 6am (by which time I had already departed on safari).

Such a good place. Loved the beach view from the balcony. Amazing communication and staff too.

I just think they could add the beddings probably a duvet because with the AC it gets a bit cold at night but other than that everything was good.
