Fantastic bnb - private room with shared bathroom. Spotlessly clean, best breakfast we had in Kyrgyzstan and the coffee machine was appreciated. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were able to store luggage for 3 days while we went on a horseriding trek. 20-30 minute walk from central area of Karakol but Yandex easy to get in and out of town if needed. Great coffee shop “Sierra” at the end of the road (5min walk). Such good value for money. Highly recommend!

Damira and her family are extremely welcoming, making this the best place to stop in your adventure through the region. Their guesthouse is modern, clean and has all you need. The direct access to the river for a swim is fantastic. Homemade food was prepared for us for dinner and breakfast and was great. There is a mechanical workshop within the grounds of the guesthouse, what can be very handy.

Great location at the South side of Song Kul lake. Breakfast was tasty and plenty. You can also get (packed) lunches and dinner. Phone reception is good and you can charge your phone in the evening in the main yurt. Stayed for two nights there. So peaceful and relaxing. Loved it!

We have stayed at the Plaza twice. The most recent stay the room was larger and much more comfortable. This hotel is in a great location to access tourist spots, restaurants, and our car rental company location. It has a basement pool, and provides very nice breakfasts.

We enjoyed the beautiful views from the room and the terrace. Our host we very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner (which you can ask for additionally) were delicious.

Bring your own drinks.

The room is pretty clean, the kitchen is great to make meal. Not far from the nearest beach about 12 minutes walk. About 30 minutes walk to the Petrographic Museum.

Nothing, excellent place to stay.

I booked it very spontaneously which worked without problems. Also the room was a single room and relatively spacious.

The only person in the house that could speak English was the son but he didn’t yet know what the important pieces of information are for travelers on arrival. So I had to ask by myself for WiFi, laundry, breakfast time, etc. Nevertheless, he could answer all my questions and could help me.
