From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, always greeting me with a smile and offering help whenever needed. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made a difference. The breakfast was a highlight fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented each morning. Whether it was the local specialties or the classic options, everything was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect way to start each day. I left feeling refreshed and cared for. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, great food, and heartfelt hospitality.

This place ticks all the right boxes for me. Super clean & super comfy rooms. The super size queen bed was a dream bed. The best I experienced in all my travels. The housekeeping lady is fabulous in her job. The two gentlemen at reception were both extremely helpful and friendly. This place gives you far more luxury you will ever expect from a 3-star establishment. And far better rates than its competitors in the same area. One cannot ask for a better location. Best neighbourhood with the best views. A super delicious and filling breakfast. Please never doubt this place, best you come and experience it for yourself.

Absolute must if staying in Vang Vieng. One of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip around SE Asia. This hotel is an absolute must if staying in this area. The hot air balloons come down so close to the hotel / pool and you can see them in the early morning and evening. The hotel breakfast boasts an array of options with pastries & various hot options and drinks. The staff is are beyond friendly too, special shoutout to do do (French student on placement) who was very warm and welcoming at reception !

Unbelievable. The balcony was huge (with a great view of the river and grounds). The room was amazing. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The breakfast was great. The pool was amazing. This was the best place we have ever experienced in Laos. The staff was really nice and very friendly (special thanks to do do she helped us a lot). I will come back here again. Recommend everyone to come here!

Thank you so much do do for the warm welcome and for organizing the most amazing 2 day trip around Vieng everything went smoothly and well planned even with limited time. The hotel is super clean the pool is big and cool the staff are extremely nice it feels like staying with friends I had a great time and will definitely come back.

This area is not suitable for those who want to sleep in because every morning there are hot air balloons and paragliders flying around the resort area.

My room is at the back of the hotel on the second floor with a stunning view of the lake. Mostly, i like my room every things are function and clean. Staff are smiling and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful sitting by the pool.
