Hotel is relatively new with nice decorations Rooms are bigger than average Location is very good next to a variety of restaurants and 5 minutes to the highway by car Take the room with a sea view better than the pool view Pool is nice if it is in service The guy who helped us with the bags and other tasks is supportive and friendly (I forgot his name?) Overall the staff are friendly.

The pool was out of service when we reached We were not notified about this prior to our visit to cancel or change hotel as the pool was one of the most important things we wanted in the hotel The pool was out of service for 2 full days Staff tried to offer an alternative of going to nearby beach resort but that beach resort did not accommodate foreigners but only Lebanese Then they tried to send us to another pool but it was too late. Bottom line we lost 2 days without a pool There is lack of staff in general. One day we left at 10 am and arrived at 5pm and our room was not cleaned because they dont have enough staff and they prioritize new comers over existing costumers. The staff are friendly however we had a very bad experience when we are checking out. They told us there is a bathrobe missing and we told them we dont know where is it and it is not with us. They kept us waiting for 30 minutes only to find out that the cleaning lady took it for cleaning and did not replace it. This is really bad customer centricity and is the reason why I will not book again in the hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel more than 20 times, and it has never once disappointed me. it’s always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. A special mention goes to the blonde lady at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly, funny, and made me feel right at home in Canada. Her warm attitude, along with the consistently excellent service, is the reason I keep coming back!!

Very beautiful grounds and wide choice of restaurants Really good breakfast with very varied choice The gym and other facilities like kids club were awesome Clean, comfortable will definitely be back Valet was excellent Hairdresser in the hotel was perfect And patisserie right in front scrumptious!

Gym access was restricted to over 18 so my teenager was a bit annoyed Otherwise amazing stay! Maybe I would recommend a high end restaurant in the hotel.

Nice location you have everything within walking distance I.e. pharmacy, supermarket, money exchange, zeituna bay, and other restaurants Very good value for money Friendly staff

There is only one elevator. You need to wait a lot for your turn. The corridors between the rooms are without AC. It was very humid and hot to wait for the elevator

Beautiful view, modern, responsive host at the beginning for collecting keys and figuring out how to turn the electricity on for the kitchen via the breaker panels.

Could have darker as bedrooms facing main road and parking in Bloc B apartment, quite noisy at night with the traffic from the main road. We lost electricity in the middle of the night for the entire apartment so none of our phones charged and when we contacted the host to let them know they didn't reply. Good thing we didn't have any food in the fridge.
