The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have tried their best to be accommodating despite the current unstable situation in Myanmar. For example, there was a power outage during my stay but the owner was willing to run his own power generator to meet my need. The complimentary breakfast was great. The location is just 10 minutes driving distance to the bus terminal and also about 10 minutes driving to old Bagan. The owner speaks good English and has the contact to good tour guide. It’s my one-stop choice for traveling in Bagan.

Absolutely beautiful building, design and presentation. Very attentive and friendly staff throughout. Probably in my top 3 most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Immaculately clean.

Located in quite a busy area, a little noisy at times but not really an issue.

I like the location, good accessibility and can get the beautiful of the People's Park and the Shwedagon Pagoda.

Beds and pillows are a bit smelly and to check for the washing and drying system. I was charged the international rate even I booked the hotel within Myanmar and I am a Myanmar citizen. It was a bit unfair to me since the system showed with MMK for the price and I booked it and intended to pay the same shown amount in MMK. It is beyond hotel staff's capability to help offering with local rate. This should be fixed between the travel app holder/contractor to have the flexibility when the similar issue happened.

Breakfast is good. Staffs in the restaurant is very helpful.

Some of the reception staff are so arrogant , no greetings and they the manager tried charge 3 million Myanmar kyats for cleaning slipped food.

The price shown in Booking.com while we started booking is in Myanmar Kyats and it was different from the actual exchange rate at the hotel. Even though invoice email stated in USD, the amount of kyats described in booking.com app is a little wrong (wrong exchange rate I think).
