We loved the room, it was modern, clean and cosy, the pool and spa area was amazing with a fantastic view, also really enjoyed having the gym facilities.

It was very very loud at nighttime. I think it must be above a nightclub. This was a bit disappointing as was having such a lovely stay but struggled to sleep.

The breakfast was the best thing about this place as well as the view from the beach area.

The place is very basic and does not look like the photos. We were given a room that was just like a cunden block with no windows, outdoor space. There was no water in the rooms, no little fridge, very very basic. When i asked to change rooms the management said they would change me for an extra fee. I know that i already paid more for the room i was staying in than the one he wanted to change me to. Tulum has many cute boutique hotels, I do not recommend this one.

I didn’t feel totally safe in the neighbourhood. Moreover when we arrived the kitchen wasn’t well cleaned and I find amazing that there wasn’t a single piece of toilet paper in the whole house. Essential tool were missing in the kitchen.

the 2 people mattress in our bedroom was wet from a storm and they changed it to a single mattress so we could not rest in the room for a few hours when we checked in. the room had some flies. had a disappointing interaction with a staff member who was quite rude while we tried to negotiate a compensation for the wet mattress
