Probably the best shower I've ever had. Fantastic water pressure. Large room with a nice balcony and lovely view. Comfortable bed. I was in the newer wing. I think the Heritage wing would have been nicer with more facilities and more attentive staff. Continental breakfast was fine on Day 1. Not spectacular but I did not eat in the main restaurant since I had to leave the next day at 4.30am. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I arrived early and was never messaged that my room was ready. I eventually came back at 9pm with my luggage still sitting in the lobby where it had been since 10am. My room key didn't work. Then the door was really hard to open. The security chain wasn't long enough to put on the door. It took me a long time to find any information about the hotel in the room. There was no minibar in the room so you had to order a drink from the bar in the other part of the hotel. I got dressed and went and sat in that bar instead. The pool was ok but quite small. Not much room when lots of kids are in it. There is service by the pool but you have to go look for it and chase someone down to bring you a menu and a drink. Not many TV/movie channels which is ok since I was mostly out anyway.

Abundant breakfast, nice and helpful staff, major attractions close to the hotel.

Neighbourhood in which this hotel is located feels a little bit unsafe at night. There is however 24/7 hotel security in front of the hotel to make it up for it.

Clean hotel with big rooms and lavish breakfast. Good location, feels very safe.

Nice Owner and nice security.. Easy talk with owner. Clean and tidy.

The room was really nice. Buggy to airport is an excellent service.

No TV Channel at all… Air Cond not so cold…

My second stay after 2 weeks. No improvement after complaint. It became the house of cockroach having party all around the house. Shower water is just like pee only. 1 of the worst ever homestay. Will not return again after this
