The Receptionist had exceptional customer service A+. Very helpful and courteous from arrival to departure. And especially when we'd checked out but returned because we'd forgotten something. The room and facilities were above our expectations. Rooms were very clean. The room service was excellent.

Probably would have liked a toilet upstairs but hey thats just wishful thinking. Nothing to complain about. Everything was great A+

The view has to be the best thing in the package . Apartment was clean. Beds were not as comfy, the towel’s they had were weird, and in BIO they should say how pool facilities are closed during winter season. Other than that this would be a great location for new years as it oversees the harbour bridge.

Pools were closed , so kids were guttered there was no pool. The parking was hard during the day but great at night time.

The breakfast supplies provided were thoughtful and generous, and the shower was excellent. It was great to be able to pick fresh oranges straight from the tree for breakfast. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and it made our stay even more comfortable.

The shower is not good. The door were old and not secured. When my daughter showered there’s a bit of a flooded area on the floor cos the door had an opening
