Best welcome we've ever had when checking into a hotel! The staff here are exceptional. We were offered a late checkout of 2pm, we had a fruit bowl in our room and 2 large bottles of water. The room was spacious, bed and pillows comfortable. We were on the top floor with amazing views. We ate in their restaurant for dinner - the pizza was freshly made using their pizza oven, again staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. We couldn't fault this hotel, from the staff to the room to the location, you can't go wrong. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

There was nothing not to like.

We loved our stay at the Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food at both restaurants was delicious and we would definitely recommend them as a choice to eat at in Dunedin. The rooms were very clean and spacious and tidy. We will definitely stay there again in January 2026 when we travel to Dunedin again.

The only complaint was there was not enough tea bags and sugars in the room. We did not get replacements after the first night.

Convenience of location to everywhere I needed to go to…Carpark was prob best necessity so I could always have access and security. For what I needed to do and where to go…The carpark

Pricing of the carpark per day but was free when I left so that was a bonus
