The staff is very friendly, the selection of food is more than enough, attractions that were all included in the offer, although we didn't manage to try them all. The price is very reasonable, we took the all-inclusive package.

We didn't like it, but that has nothing to do with the hotel and the staff, because we chose the summer period, so the humidity was just too high. We will surely come back again as guests, only in a different weather season .

Staff were superb! Friendly and caring, especially Abbas Yahya. They even extended my check-out time by 3hr, which gave me more time to enjoy the hotel facilities as my flight was booked late afternoon.

The massage at the spa was disappointing. The therapist did not review or follow the requirements I had noted in the intake form before the treatment. For the price charged, I expected better quality — I’ve had more attentive massages elsewhere for less to be honest. To their credit, the spa manager did call the same day to offer a complimentary 30-minute massage, but unfortunately I was already on my way to the airport and couldn’t take it up.
