I do love the hosts and hotel. The room was so cosy! The hosts speak English, German and Spanish. There are many European tourists who have chosen the hotel. The atmosphere is friendly. Guests are gathering on an inner yard named (garden) where there is a swimming pool. There's no problem to prepare a meal because the kitchen is provided with al the cooking stuff. .

I liked all. The location was excellent. A very quiet place inside the city of Asunción. The hotel itself was beautiful with a nice fireplace. The staff was wonderful. The swimming pool and gardens amazing. The room and the bed was excellent. A good breakfast. For me the best in Asunción so far. Also a recommendation for families.

We had a great stay at Aparthotel Los Laureles. The staff was very friendly and helpful — she kindly arranged an extra bed for us and made sure we were comfortable. Excellent service and hospitality.

Wine opener was not available but I asked and within 10 minutes 1 got a new one from the store

Very well located, 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Room was clean.

The place is a bit ran down, the “free coffee” was “free hot water” and the patio and the area around the swimming pool were dirty and kind of out of service. A bit pricey for what you get

Big humidity problem. Trace of mould in the bathrooms The hotel needs a full renovation, it is depressing an environment The exchange rate used by the hotel for the invoice increases the Booking.com estimate by 12%. This is robbing one's customers
