I do love the hosts and hotel. The room was so cosy! The hosts speak English, German and Spanish. There are many European tourists who have chosen the hotel. The atmosphere is friendly. Guests are gathering on an inner yard named (garden) where there is a swimming pool. There's no problem to prepare a meal because the kitchen is provided with al the cooking stuff. .

I love the view from the sunny balcony area. The apartment is well appointed, spotlessly clean, and with everything you need to have a comfortable stay in the heart of Villaricca. The beds are comfortable and the kitchenette is tidy, with a dining area looking outside and a large fridge/freezer. It is private and peaceful and I received a warm and friendly welcome.

I liked all. The location was excellent. A very quiet place inside the city of Asunción. The hotel itself was beautiful with a nice fireplace. The staff was wonderful. The swimming pool and gardens amazing. The room and the bed was excellent. A good breakfast. For me the best in Asunción so far. Also a recommendation for families.

The place was very dirty. There was blood on the soap dispenser. The AC was going so loud we couldn't sleep. The mattresses are very used. We checked out after one night but had to pay for the full time at check in and did get no refund for the part we did not use.

Everything, they charge like a 4 star hotel but it is no more than a 1*. I am 100% sure the ratings are paid for. They are just strait up lies. The pictures online are not what the place is.

Apartment had a nice view but horrible neighbours, especially in weekends such apartments are rented out for party people that have loud music and karaoke all night till after sunrise. It is far from a Hotel and price was too expensive for the quality you get.
