Kindly add sleepers for bathroom and at least soap in bathroom If possible add something cleaning equipment so we can have self clean in emergency case

The floor was old in my room and there was dirt sitting in the passage for the night and the day and also when you order food they don’t come take the dishes after they sat on the sink for the whole stay.Also the cleaners we asked them to change the liquid soap spray as it was not working and they said okay but didn’t change it.The gowns we have to keep requesting them all the time.The view is not so great lots of construction by neighbouring places at the back

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They charged me extra money during check-in, which was very frustrating. Room cleaning and service were extremely poor I asked them in the morning to arrange and clean my room while I was out, but they only did it after 4:00 PM. The staff were not flexible at all. My room was right across from another room that had about 7–8 people with kids. Their shoes and slippers were left outside in the hallway, making the whole area look messy and unpleasant. The smell inside the hotel was also bad, and overall the place felt dirty and unhygienic. Honestly, this hotel was a complete disappointment. I’m sure there were even more issues, but these are the ones I still remember. I would never stay here again.
