Delicious breakfast, good restaurant atmosphere Smiling staff The room is clean, the location of the room is good, opening to see the swimming pool outside, it feels very suitable for relaxing and I will come again. The front desk staff are cute and smiling and friendly, especially Khun Chalif, Mai Fue, Kung, Nam Smoothie, Fa. All the staff are very cute. The gym is open 24 hours, has air conditioning and has yoga classes for me to do.

Everything was good until the tjekout, suddenly they start accusing me for stealing a towel, I can buy my own towel, I maybe have around 100 bookings on this app and first time I experience to be accusing to steal something.

breakfast was rich and good also for vegetarians like us, the pool was really nice and you could get drinks inside, the room was spacious and clean, the staff was really nice and helped with tours and every question we had

It was right in front of a noisy street with a lot of traffic and it was a bit far to walk to Patong beach with that heat. They have a shuttle bus but it has only two stops. It would be useful to have few more stops.

Room in good location, amenities were great as expected. Staff helped me with all requirements once again, for example Dean helped with sorting out post-check out questions since my flight was later in the day.

No lifts, steep steps were slippery. I think only 2 rooms on the ground floor, no reception after 5.00pm No pool however I’m told you can use the Pool at the Zing Hotel right opposite.

I felt rushed out by the staff at the property which made my stay stressful and not relaxing. No help with baggage either. I felt like an inconvenience. Also taxi prices where not reasonable.
