Spacious and Premium 2 Bedroom Apartment with Panoramic Terrace and Rudaki Park View in Prime Dushanbe Location

Positive section of review
I have been to many apartments and rented homes in different countries. But this apartment is a jewel. I have never seen such a detail to customer’s needs and comfort: from playing toys for your kid, to tablets for dishwasher, to Nespresso coffee machine placed in the living room. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable living for short or long-term living alone or for couples. I stayed with my family and kids loved the place. Apartment conveniently located in the heart of Dushanbe on Rudaki avenue. There are various shops and cafes and supermarket available nearby. The owner is an amazing host, very friendly and hospitable and caring person, who attended to all our questions and needs. I appreciate his help and support and willingness to help us out with our inquiries.

There was some noise from a construction site from a nearby building, but I was informed by the host about this prior to checking in, so it wasn’t a surprise to us and it ended after a couple days.

The apartment, which is run by Abdurofe's family, is really clean and comfortable with an equipped kitchen. There are 2 toilets you don't have to wait in a queue for a long time. Supermarket, cafe, and restaurants are just nearby. They are able to provide transfer service from/ to airport and even border between Uzbekistan with a reasonable price. We had stuck at the Tajikistan border for 3 hours as they couldn't find our visa record, but MFA did. Abdurofe and the driver kept helping us to talk to the staffs at the border and call the MFA. I believe we can't enter Tajikistan without their helps. We had a great time in Tajikistan finally. Recommend this apartment to family and groups of friends.

Funky Salvadore Dali- type design. Very boutique. In a back alley but only one block from the main street and shops. Very large bedroom and bathroom and even a small office room. Kept clean. Some cool outdoor gazebo areas to eat / drink / smoke

Super friendly family run hostel. Nice building and great location. They even have a water spring in the garden with fresh cold water! Good place to go to the 7 lakes and they are helpful with organising trips to the mountains. Clean place.

Beds are very old and uncomfortable.. They do something wrong with booking pricing. You can not book a double room for 2 persons and you end up paying double the price. They have to have a look at that.

Very helpful owner arranged shared taxi to border and upgraded my room. Water provided in room. Central location close to bazaar. Nice breakfast with pancakes, boiled eggs,bread, fruit and yoghurt

On the positive side, the location is excellent, close to the city center, in one of the few areas in Dushanbe where tourists usually stay.

This was our second stay at the hotel, but unfortunately the room we were given this time was nothing like the first one. Most likely, there are also cheaper or smaller rooms that are not shown in the official photos. The drainage in the bathroom smelled unpleasant, and housekeeping only came once during our four-day stay. The minibar fridge kept the room temperature (around 37°C) rather than cooling, and the room itself was very small. Amenities were provided sparingly — just a few bottles of water, very limited toiletries, and toilet paper in short supply. Overall, we were disappointed because we had been expecting much better facilities based on our previous experience. Some staff members were polite and helpful, while others were not. There was also a sense that tourists were being charged more than locals would normally pay.

Great family-owned hotel with a perfect host! The hotel offers a free airport transfer, which is really convenient. It's a 5 minute walk to the big street with the restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc. But you can always catch a taxi on the other street, which is right near the hotel. The room is cozy, but new. Breakfast is rich and tasty! So overall I had a very positive experience!
