I haven't posted a review before, but I'm taking the time to leave one now. This hotel is truly fantastic, and I don't just mean the room and its amenities, but especially the hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I had a wonderful time here and would love to come back. Thank you all, and greetings from Tim and Arnold from the Netherlands.

After morning arrival i got a breakfest and really appriciate that. Breakfest itself is very good Staff is very friendly and very helpful, they also printed for my GBAO Distance form the airport is walkable, distance to the city center also walkable Small shop very close, and Halyk bank with no withdrawal fee ATM next to it

The apartment has the best possible location for exploring Khujand. The owner Olimjon is an exceptional host with great English and is ready to assist you with every possible question from your stay, to sightseeing and even public transport around Tajikistan. He made my trip to Khujand unforgetable.

Very big apartment. The way it is decorated is very interesting. Comfortable with multiple people as it has 2 bedrooms. Great location in the center. Friendly host and they even gave us a tasty plate of Plov! Clean and it has all the facilities including washing machine.

Old mattresses and very hard so my night rest was disappointing. The guy was out of town and let is wait more than a hour. Truly fix your check in policies. Most shocking was that they live next door.. Please install a key box. Internet is a bit unstable.

Nice location in new part of the town, close to main street with hundreds of shops/restaurants, 24h reception with very helpful staff, full equipped common kitchen, big enough room with nice bathroom, nice views and working AC.

The Wi-Fi don't work in the rooms, only on reception, the guy on the reception says that the manager knows about the problem, but didn't fix it.

The room was super clean. The hotel is in a Very central position yet not in the middle of the traffic of the city. The owner was super kind and very helpful with everything we might have needed. Best choice in town!
