Apartment just as advertised, everything provided and regular cleaning and towels etc provided. Good location and taxi and bus outside so easy to get around. Near to beach and swimming pool lovley. Best thing was the staff. On arrival we had problem paying taxi and staff really helped us with currency and supported us with impatient taxi driver., not taxi drivers fault . During the week there was a problem withdrawing money from local bank machine. Staff rang bank for my husband and was so helpful and supportive, think this was the owner. All sorted thanks to him Before we left supported with printing boarding passes for the airport think his name is Janner and so helpful and polite . Brilliant customer service all week and sorry I dont know all the names . Really felt safe and nothing was too much trouble no matter what we asked, Fantastic staff. Did.nt have breakfast but it looked good.

Great balcony but had to bring chair out. Only improvement that could be made would be table and chairs on balcony as really great balcony to sit on especialy if family staying and wanted to cook and eat on the balcony. Just a suggetsion!

The property is a 100% scam.i booked 3 bedroom apartment suite but when i arrived i have been told there was a system error and someone else booked at the same time.have been offered a top floor (5th floor) 2 tiny rooms with broken lift. Avoid at any cost as when i contacted booking.com i have been told that they had another case like this. The receptionist named Fayaz also booked me a 8 person taxi for which i was stranded at the airport with children and family for about 2 hours as it was a scam aswell Dont trust the pictures on the page and dont trust the description overall avoid this scam place

We always enjoy visiting Glens Palas in Istanbul the location and service are consistently outstanding. On this trip, we had the pleasure of meeting a new staff member, Taha. He was exceptionally professional, went out of his way to assist us, and was incredibly polite. We truly hope to meet him again on our next visit to Istanbul. Thank you, Taha. Narges & Abdulrahman

Some of the evening beach parties/noise from hotel next door was quite loud but once in the room and windows/doors closed didn’t impact sleep.

Breakfast had very few choices and old, battered olives. Tasteless food. Useless food. But there were killer cucumbers and fried, dry, smelly potatoes. The food was very tasteless, it was stale, tasteless and unnecessary food that was not worth eating.
