The location is well serviced with very nice cafes, restaurants and shops. It's an easy walk to Taksim, or a little further to the Bosphorous or Golden Horn (both these steep). Communications before we arrived were precise and fully detailed, and responses prompt. Irfan is brilliant at communication. The flat was clean, and had good supplies of coffee, sugar, and a big bottle of water sitting in the fridge. We cooked for friends one evening and the kitchen was well enough equipped for that. The flat is light and airy. A really pleasant environment after a hard day wandering round town!

Only niggles - the stairs are steep and could be a problem for older people, or anyone with bad knees (nothing they can do about this) The pillows were too big (keep them, but put slimmer pillows too).

The cottage style villa was located in a Mediterranean haven with swimming pool and variety of Mediterranean trees and fruits. It was a short walking distance from Seven Sea hotel/ beach and market. We are family of swimmers and it had the right size and depth for us. It was all inclusive with VIP service in the cottage and option of enjoying hotel facilities/food and entertainment. The cottage manager / Concierge Sirhat and his team were excellent in attending our daily needs.

We really fell in love with the Villa.

The property is right in the centre of everything, a walk away from the main attractions. The staff is very helpful and friendly! The hotel is clean and we could see the sea from our window.

There’s a few constructions sites close to the hotel so at times it could be a bit loud in the morning, nothing they could control and not their fault. Still quiet considering the area and the sites.

The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful, the gym facilities with spa were great! If we didn’t ask for the room to be cleaned they would still leave water bottles outside.

Nice room, modern bathroom, comfortable beds, daily cleaning, kind and helpful staff, seaview from room, very good breakfast, good location.

Great location right next to T6 station, many restaurants and shops near the object. The owner is very helpful and available online.

Ibooked a bed in a four-bed room but they gave me a bed on the ceiling with open sides to the bathroom corridor. I couldn't sleep. In addition, when I arrived, I found the bed dirty with blood even though I told them I was coming. There are a lot of mosquitoes. My feet are swollen. The staff was racist and uncooperative. I changed my bed but they took my luggage and put me in the isolated bed. My trip was nice, but because of the hotel, it was snatched. I do not recommend it.
