Great location close to Grand Central Station and Times Square, very clean with friendly staff, free water on every floor was a good feature, with a cool roof bar terrace to enjoy 24/7 with free coffee.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Explained everything while checking. Offered us complimentary cup nooodles. Breakfast was good, hot/cold options. We’d defo stay again if we visit LA.

We were charged for something without explanation and when asked to speak to someone else that could explain we were given a card and the person never answered neither returned our call.

Where to begin. Manager stormed into our room at 7.50am and kicked us out due to a misunderstanding with her staff (we had been relocated to a different room as AC didn’t work and the manager was ill-informed, thinking we were in there illegitimately and wouldn’t listen when we explained).AC doesn’t work unless you consider 89 degrees after 24 hours to be functional. Didn’t work in either room. I’ve contacted the business twice and booking.com customer support to arrange a refund but have heard nothing. Overall, my partner and I were verbally abused, given two rooms that were close to 90 degrees with broken AC on and we were kicked out early and refused a refund / apology of any sort. Insanely poor service
