All the staff was amazing and we got a room upgrade on arrival so that was even better. The breakfast was good and had so many options. The location was very central and that was good for us as we had to move around the city a lot. We would definitely stay there again.

The only think I didn’t like the water pooling around the tub when we showered.

Restaurant staff were excellent. Breakfast offered good variety . They need to properly label some of the food (particularly chilli/hot )

Bathroom was faulty . Maintenance team took forever to attend to fault. We had to unblock the toilet ourselves.

Food was good. The night shift guy at the reception was excellent (sorry can’t remember his name)

There was noise up to 1am in the morning. The shower rooms are not the best. Some taps were broken too.

It’s comfortable and everyone friendly, centre of town.

Staff didn’t do my house keeping maybe forgot. Other than that my stay was beautiful
