I didn't like the little creepy crabs running around at the office. However, I was very grateful the crabs were not in the area of the units. I didn't see, not even one. In unit 304, the stackable washer was very noisey. In spite of this, the property is still exceptional. I highly recommend it. I look forward to returning.

The property was beautiful. The scenery from the terrace is gorgeous! The infinity pool temperature was perfect. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with the essentials. The staff was phenomenal with communication and response time. l loved the shuttle service and friendly drivers. As well as the daily made to order breakfast. It was delicious! Thank you for making our vacation most memorable.

Breakfast is limited in terms of variety. For guests who are staying for a full week (like we did), it gets repetitive and a bit boring after a while. It also takes a long time for the two attendants to cook, serve, and keep up with the dining area. It would have been much preferred if a breakfast buffet was offered. Not a big deal but just be aware that one of the balconies is not private (shared with next door guests).

Beautiful, spacious apartment with modern bedroom, living room, kitchen and two balconies. Comfortable bed and nice oversized shower with all necessary supplies. Beautiful views all around. Courteous, accommodating staff and a helpful shuttle service to the beach. Breakfast is provided daily and served in a nice open area. As an extra bonus, we loved the cappuccino machine that is available all day.

It was the perfect location, and the staff was amazing! They were extremely helpful in all things ranging from shuttling us to the beach, providing recommendations, etc. The view from the pool at sunset was unmatched! Playa Flamingo was the most beautiful beach we had ever been to!

Breakfast was delicious! Perfectly done scrambled eggs, traditional Costa Rican option included delicious rice and beans, tortilla, cheese-so yummy! Also had a machine that made yummy cappuccinos. Only complaint was breakfast doesn’t start until 8.30. But other than that it was perfect with the best views you could ask for!

The view and hotel were exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff was the best I've ever dealt with while traveling. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff also knows the area very well and recommended the best restaurants in the area. The room was also the cleanest of any hotel I've ever stayed at, and the bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep every night as if I was in my own bed. I can not say enough good things about this place. Amelia, Julio, and one other guy who is bald (I can't remember his name) were the absolute best. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely be staying here.

For the most part it was first world problems we really enjoyed the stay but if I would complain it would be about the hard to find outlets to charge phones and the elevator were hot all n all small potatoes.

Amalia was awesome she gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. All the staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and the pool was our favorite. The breakfast was delicious as well would definitely come again.

There wasn’t a thing I would have changed. It was literally perfect

The staff was so great. Friendly and helpful. Facilities were spotless and clean We used the gym every day and it was cool and clean Wonderful place and I will recommend 10 out of 10. Amazing Like Heaven on earth.

We did find it a little annoying at we arrived after 3p and the room was still not ready, despite it being the middle of the week. We also got bombarded with What'sApp texts asking us to sign documents, send pictures of a driver's licence, and credit card from a legit account, claiming they needed to verify our booking.com reservation was not fraud. Very frustrating and annoying for a legit place to do that and just not request it on arrival.

Great staff, always friendly. The location couldn't be better, amazing views of both coves and the sunsets are to die for at the pool. It just gets really hot in the sun with only a few umbrellas available. There are gold carts to take you down the hill, but it was definitely just easier taking our car around and not having to worry about a schedule. Kitchen is well stocked, and there is a large bathroom.

Amalia Herrera, Steven Diaz AND ENTIRE STAFF Were EXCELLENT!!! They treated us like a King and Queen 24/7. Nothing was asking too much. There is no espresso machine / capsules inside the house (but a free one on the 4th floor); The place is isolated so needed to take a car / ride everywhere. For us it was fine because we had a car but it might be a bit complicated to put it in and out the parking lot.

The view is impressive, the service was outstanding, the apartment we had (308a) is beautiful with full of details, The house was shining from cleaning , that was one of our best apartments we ever stayed in our life, such a nice place to stay.
