They need to keep street lights from being visible inside at night -maybe a window blind. I covered my head.

It's in town and accessible to things on foot. It's across from a nice public park. The inside is spacious and attractive. The staff will do your laundry.

If there's coffee and breakfast on site in the morning I wasn't able to find it. But there are two small shops with coffee available just one block away from the park across the street. About the airport shuttle: two guys come, one greets you at the International Exit and takes you to the car, then hustles you for a tip before you even get in the car. The other guy drives to the property.

This is a basic place to grab some sleep between destinations. Shared, dorm style rooms and clean bathrooms. It's what I expected, but I didn't realize there was a restaurant on the 4th floor with delicious food and a balcony. They provide "free" airport shuttle, which was very nice. Be sure to walk all the way to the end of the exit if you don't see the guy with the sign along the way.

The location is pretty good! Very close to the airport, and also close to the Tuasa bus terminal to San Jose, which only spend 725 (1.5 US dollars) one-way. Their shuttle service is also very good, the earliest bus is at 4:10 a.m., which is perfect for my morning flight.

Clean and comfortable - I was with my 75 year old mother and she couldn't believe it was a hostel! Staff are friendly and the bar is nice and very affordable with amazing views. The location is fantastic for early or late flights. The free shuttle is a helpful touch!

Room was so hot and no remote to turn on aircon. A whole teenage football team was on the same floor and running around yelling and banging doors until all hours. Had to pay for a towel. Curtains around the beds would be great for privacy and so everyone is waking each other up turning on lights.

Very basic, but good for a quick stay before or after a flight. Free airport shuttle was great. There is a restaurant onsite.

This is a good place to stay if you need a hot shower and some sleep hours before/after your flight, that’s it. I booked one bed in dormitory of six and I only had to share with one girl, which was very comfortable. Free shuttle to the airport.

The traffic is crazy at 7 in the morning there are cars driving by loudly in the room I stayed at.

Restaurant with a view, close to restaurants and convenience store and also a real hotel not just a house. They also have air conditioning.

I had a private comfortable room , however it was located just above a major street. Traffic noise was very bad especially after about 4AM. Especialy large transport truck & motorcycles. However, staff were especially helpful with resolving a transportation issue I had.

A coffee machine would be a great addition

Great location! Easily reach any bus terminal going anywhere in the country from this location within minutes! I'm a Savvy Solo traveler and so my ratings are for individuals like myself. Food is outside the door, convenience store located across the street. Cups of coffee and sweet breads can be found in any direction. DD food works fabulous as far as delivery to this location. Upstairs rooftop bar restaurant is very friendly and convenient. Private rooms with hot showers and comfortable beds. The atmosphere around this location is what one would expect from a capital city and you will encounter all those things that go along with it. The value and convenience alone make this hostel an easy choice for me.

We stayed 2 different times while traveling. It's a good location near the bus terminal and also close to the airport and provides a shuttle. Basic accommodations, but clean and comfortable. We'd stay again if we travel through the area.

no table with sockets where i could work on my laptop. AC incredibly cold, and the staff kept on turning it on every day, despite us always asking them to turn it off (the remote is only available at the reception). no kitchen or potable water.

i stayed for 5 nights and honestly i didn't expect much for the price, but the hostel exceeded my expectations. it was always clean and quite comfortable. the location is amazing, close to bus stations, restaurants, atms, groceries. the staff is nice. free shuttle to the airport.

perfect place if you want to go to the airport, not much around, dorms are good enough for the purpose:) Upstairs is a cute restaurant and downstairs a pool table where you can spend the time before your flight Shuttle service!

The airport shuttle they offer only until 10pm for airport pick-ups, and to go to the airport there are around 5 pre-scheduled pick-ups from the hostel, the last being at 11.30am, nothing in the afternoon/evening.

Serves it's purpose for when you have a late night flight. It wasn't far and so I walked from the airport (the streets are lit). The aircon was on too cold so couldn't sleep with just a sheet. However it's in the town so I could easily get money from an ATM and then get a bus out of town in the morning.
