Very good location. The staff is really top and adapts. We can drink the water down there. They offer great activities to discover the surroundings and they are really the cheapest in the city. The beds are comfortable. Just despite the fact that there are a lot of staff I didn't find the hostel very clean

Not much of a social aspect. Lots of lovely people I met but more chilled, which didn’t bother me, but might for others. There are only fans on each bed, no A/C… again didn’t bother me though!

Amazing little spot! Friendly staff that help book tours. I really wanted to go to Rio Celeste waterfall and they arranged it with some people from the hostel. There are also other activities you can do. Room was very clean with great showers! Location was great! I felt very safe and comfortable here being a solo female traveller. Also cutest little puppies that live on site!!

There are no lockers and the room is very crammed with 6 beds and the luggage everywhere on the floor.

The location was good and the bed comfortable. The room was very hot and stuffy, but the individual fan helped a lot. The beds have a privacy curtain, which is good, however not all beds had it and not all the way around.

The dorm I stayed was very small…so feeling quite cramped and not good ventilation so the room smelled a bit. Bathroom could be cleaner also.

Good location and very friendly host who provided great info and also tried to do self-organized trips to volcano if people at the hostel want to go together 👍 Simple but very nice pancake breakfast+fruit included. Comfortable bed with curtain and fan. Homy common area with kitchen.

My bed it was beside the reception and I heard through the window that was on my head all what they were talking and the girl it was keep on talking like sending the same message like 20 times. The bathroom it was smal and dirty. That was my room and I look at other rooms and it seems many beds in a small room. So I guess the pictures of rooms doesn’t look like they really are.

It was a nice stay, although not the most comfortable. There was just one bathroom to share in between many of us, and the room was quite dark and the smell of humid clothes was stuck in the room the two nights I was there, it was difficult to dry the clothes anywhere else. I would recommend finding something to do so to avoid the strong smell in the room. As for the staff that was the best part, all very friendly and with a great environment. Also I really liked that they offer tours and activities at a very good price.

Amazing staffs, they were all kind and welcoming. The price was super affordable, and they organize good activities among people staying this hostel with a good price. Highly recommended if you are solo traveller because you can get to know others ;) the puppies was so adorable they made my stay much memorable and unforgettable.

There are 2 street dogs always around the hostel that are a bit annoying but for the rest all good!

The Hostel its in the center, very clean and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! The staff it’s made by volunteers and for the time that I was there everyone was nice and welcoming! There is hot shower and internet works in the dorm Really recommend!
