The little house is brand new and super clean, with new towels and bed linen. Hot water and good pressure in the shower, it even has a washing machine in the back which we did not use. Not far from the beach but a 25min walk nonetheless, so a car is preferred, parking inside and secure. The small kitchen is fully equipped, and you can eat outside at the front or choose from the several restaurants at the beach.

Dogs barking, but unfortunately, this is the 'new normal' worldwide. Shame.

This was a small apartment, located on a parallel dirt road to the main beach road. It is 15 minutes walk to the beach but it’s not a road that I would want to walk at night because of the many dogs. The bedroom was small but very comfortable and separated from the kitchen and living room. The apartment is new, surrounded by high walls so we felt safe but there’s basically nobody on site to help you. It’s very clean, had separate , quiet wonderful a/c units in the bedroom and living room so you can adjust the temperature in each room , tv, nice windows and window shades, fantastic bird sounds, wifi worked fine, cook top, coffee maker, toaster, microwave all good. The patio out front was nice for relaxing and eating. They even had a washing machine outside the back door which was great. The nice cleaning lady, Betty, is around at times but only speaks Spanish. This is apartment is for more independent travelers who speak some Spanish. If you’ve got a car, it’s great value for the quality of the room and close access to the wonderful beaches in the area.

There’s really No one on site to help you 24/7 but I suppose that the owner, Diego, would come over if you called him. Also ,barking dogs on site and in the neighborhood. No stores restaurants ,or beach close by. Non stick Pots and pans in the kitchen were scratched and unusable.
