The location- a bit far from the town.

The view from the room was exceptional. The access to TITOKU hot springs was amazing. One should take the hotel shuttle and visit it at least once. Enjoyed that more than the hotel hot springs.

We had dinner only once at the restaurant and of the three fish dishes we order, two were overcooked. The tilapia was perfect.

The property is beautiful. The pools are clean and well maintained, busy during peak hours (midday to 7pmish) but not busy during the morning or later at night. The hotel is beautiful, rooms comfortable, jacuzzi a nice touch, breakfast was great! We enjoyed eating by the pool and room service was also very good. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Make sure you stay at the hotel for at least one entire day (no excursions) to really take advantage of the facilities. We saw quite a bit of wildlife including tucans, lizards, coati and more.

Amazing experience! Everything was perfectly clean, facilities were easy to navigate, food was excellent, pretty kind staff and the view was stunning. The personal jacuzzi in the room makes it just more perfect. I highly recommend enjoying the spa as it was almost the best part of the trip. Definitely would come back!

Minor point:: Outdoor furniture by the hotel hot springs needs cleaned / renewed and the pool is fairly small

I wish my room was higher so I can see the view of the volcano. facility is extremely dark at night, so it's best to call a shuttle to take you around versus walking at night since there are wild animals in the back paths.

Great room, top tier food (especially the breakfast), and very friendly staff that did everything they could to accommodate you.

We love the hotel and the staff. We were celebrating 1 year engaged and the staff were kind enough to let us check in early and use the installations if we wanted to, our room had a beautiful view and was decorated with balloons for our special occasion, the food was delicious and the service as well. We enjoyed having the springs in the same space without having to travel, 100% we will come back.

The only thing different I would have liked were some appetizer options on the restaurant menu. We would typically eat a late lunch/early dinner out while doing activities and would sometimes want a small bite with drinks in the evening, but it was mostly entrees and sandwiches. Pretty minor all things considered.

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view is absolutely incredible. The grounds are beautiful and having hot springs on the property was so convenient after a long day of hiking! The location is about a 15-minute drive between the town of La Fortuna and a 15-minute drive to the Arenal hiking trail, so it was really an ideal and convenient location. The breakfast was really good with a variety of options and a pretty view from the dining room as well. The concierge gave us thorough instructions on how to properly use our in-room hot tub, so we didn't have the humidity issues I saw in other reviews, so just make sure you follow instructions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The grounds were absolutely stunning! Beautiful flowers and vegetation everywhere. The room was spacious and the view of the volcano was sublime. The in room hot tub worked great and was nice for a quick soak before bed. Access to the Titoku hot springs was excellent! Highly recommend taking advantage. Beds were comfortable, and A/C worked great. Major highlight was the incredible breakfast! Huge shout out to the whole breakfast staff who welcomed us and provided a wonderful variety of delicious fruit and nutritous foods to start our day. Thank you. Pura Vida!

Clean, quiet, the garden , food, location .

The hotel had a full breakfast. We were treated with professionalism and kindness. We actually found this place to be unique and charming. The thermal pools were open until 10 pm and went into the water late at night. We had total privacy. It was also a good 15-20 mins from town. I will definitely stay here again!!

Maybe the hotel is a little dated and in need of some renovations.

The pool and natural springs were beautiful. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. The view of Arenal volcano was gorgeous.
