Good central location. Really lovely and helpful staff. Rooms cleaned regularly.

Quite noisy due to location and can easily hear guests next door or outside.

Perfect location in the city center, the staff is friendly.

Too noisy sometimes, kitchen is not clean or well equipped.

The pool and the bar area is really fun and the staff are amazing, very attentive and friendly!

The rooms need a bit of work to be more comfortable, better pillows and hooks on the back of doors would be good because there was nowhere to hang wet towels.

Very pleasant chill out area and great staff who were extremely helpful, especially with advice for self guided tours. Right in the middle of town.

Rooms were very basic and quite dark with only very harsh lighting - a bedside table would have been nice and the music outside could be a bit loud at times.

Good accomodation in the centre of town with friendly and accomodating staff.

The staff here were amazing, reason enough to want to stay here.

At Poshpackers I found a cozy, clean room in the hub of the city with convenient access to a bar and pool. The staff were the best part, they made me feel right at home. It is extremely easy to book excursions and receive sightseeing advice from the hostel staff. I had a very special stay here, and highly recommend:)

Great location, nice communal area, staff helpful.

Wifi didn’t work in our room so had to sit by reception to get it.

Chris and the staff are so welcoming and lovely! The grounds and the facilities were great, there is a pool, gardens, bar and kitchen - even free welcome drink. The location is perfect, lots of shops, cafes and restaurants around. The hostel is useful for booking shuttles and activities too. Our stay was really enjoyable.

The room we had was a bit different to the pictures, we were expecting a triple room but instead got 2 bunk beds which was fine for me and my friend as it was a private room at least. The room was also hot and a bit damp, there is no AC only a fan and not enough air gets into the room.

Beds were comfy and air con was great. In a really central location. Staff were really friendly. Pool was nice and clean.

Kitchen was so dirty, we understand that is normally due to other guests laziness but it didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there, would definitely recommend staff to check at least once a day. Also not enough pans, plates and cutlery at all.

Needs a bit of TLC round the edges (looked like this was happening with some rooms being redone. Kitchen area though could benefit from a bit of extra love and care.

The hotel was lively and there was a bunch of travelers passing through. The hotel felt like you you staying the the middle of the rain forest.. Great breakfast and great staff

The staff were incredible & so friendly(special shout out to Chris, jenree, Louis & Jenny) Chris has a great team working for him. Location was amazing and very helpful in organising tours(the rafting company they used for the balsa river was one of the best tour operators we had on our travels through Central America)

Friendly helpful staff. Great location with restaurants an stores close by. Rooms cleaned regularly. Stayed in the garden area which was quiet and tranquil. Lots of hammocks around to chill.

Kitchen needs new pots/pans/utensils. While not the Hostels issue, A number of younger male guests did not clean up after they used the kitchen. Come on folks, respect other guests and the hostel

The front desk staff were all very friendly and patiently offered a lot of help. The room was clean, although a bit old. Being able to prepare breakfast yourself was really convenient.

There was no water dispenser, which was a bit inconvenient.
