Only thing we didn’t like was the food at the bar in the main hot pool. Expensive and not so good.

Arenal springs located in front of the mountain, amazing view. 10 min drive to La fortuna center. The stuff is amazing, efficient and super nice. Luciana the cleaning lady was the best! So creative. Great breakfast. The hot springs are perfect. Decent gym. My kids loved it.

As someone traveling with people with several allergies (gluten and dairy) there weren’t a lot of options for breakfast for them. Also there was often conflicting information on what was safe to eat for them. For those with non-allergies it was great!

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully located on a hill about 8-10 mins from La Fortuna Main Street so you get a clear picture of the Arenal Volcano. The included breakfast options was not only delicious and extremely well varied, but a super plus specially coming in handy for those days with all-day activities. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The facilities were very well kept and pool/hot springs area with the in-pool bar/restaurant serving a full sushi menu among the typical American options a favorite for our teens. We also appreciated the hammocks by the open green area and the other 2 on-site restaurants serving upscale artisanal food.

We found the food and drinks in the restaurants to be very expensive relative to the area generally. With that in mind, we ate out in La Fortuna on all but one of the nights.

The pools are excellent. Very clean, the hot springs in particular are lovely. Breakfast was superb every day, and the gym is a very welcome addition to the hotel. The kids enjoyed playing football on the grass as well.

Everything here was fantastic! Hot spring pools of varying temperature with poolside bars. Three amazing restaurants with great food and service. Also, very close to the Volcano which has plentiful hiking routes, as well as ziplining through the rain forests. Overall an awesome experience! Thanks.

We ate at the pool bar for dinner our first night and the food was really overpriced for the taste and small portions.

The resort staff greeted my whole family warmly at check-in and provided free cocktails and mocktails that were delicious. The rooms were private and very comfortable. The thermal pools were great, the free breakfast was probably the best meal of our whole trip with a huge variety of food. They had a free daily yoga class you could register to take. Every staff member was friendly and helpful.

We had beautiful views of the volcano, all the staff was friendly and caring, very clean, loads of wild life, the spring pools are to die for. Overall amazing place to relax! Also the tours are easy to book through the hotel and all of them have transportation to and from the hotel.

Staff was friendly, and they genuinely cared about your satisfaction. It was super clean and they think of every detail, from the welcome during to the umbrellas in the rooms. The toiletries are available and are good quality. The breakfast it’s a feast with lots of options. The location it’s perfect for all the surrounding activities. My favorite part was the thermal waters in the pool.
