Food was awful. The pool was a little grimy. Checkin was a bit of a mess, they checked me in and when I got to my room there was still a housekeeper in it.

The grounds are stunning. The trees, the art, the open air restaurant, and all the animals who live on the property.

I had prebooked a taxi from the Airport by way of the hotel...no service so a negative introduction to Hotel service.

Grounds were available to enjoy nature for my brief stay.

Nice hotel, pool and garden with peacock and iguana wandering in the property. Quadruple room was clean. Good for a layover if you land in Liberia before exploring Costa Rica.

Staff at the restaurant would benefit from learning few words in English. Breakfast could have been better, as well as a la carte menu.

Our only complaint would be the noise at night. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night and there was a lot of noise presumably from the patrons at or around the nightclub across the street. Lots of revving of cars and motorbikes until quite early in the morning. We were in room 6 but perhaps a room in another part of the hotel would not have been so noisy. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay...and if you are a night clubber I guess it would be perfect!!

The staff were very helpful and the room comfortable and clean. The pool area and gardens were really nice. Saw more unique and colourful birds in the gardens than anywhere else on our trip! The included breakfast was good. The location was convenient to shopping and a few restaurants but the hotel restaurant was also good.

We stayed here twice - 12 days apart - and there was no ice in the ice machine either time. The safes don’t work in the rooms and the staff doesn’t seem to care. Soap dispensers are either missing or empty. I don’t recommend eating at the on site restaurant.

The pool area is beautiful and the peacocks were an extra bonus. The location is convenient to central Liberia and the airport. The rooms are clean.

The facility needs maintenance. It felt a little abandoned. The rooms need a lot of improvement. My toilet wasn’t flushing properly, which was a huge water waste. Also, the leather-like bed frames were peeling off and smelled moldy. We also noticed humidity spots on the bathroom ceiling (Room 207). I hope they fix all these issues because this hotel has great potential.

Love the pool area and the green areas. They have a bunch of peacocks and birds.

Hotel is d12K from the airport. The bed was so hard it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The casino was closed.

The Pool area is quite beautiful and comfortable. The room had an extremely hard bed, and a tiny television. We had to leave before breakfast was served to catch a flight at 6am.

The room was spacious and clean and the king bed was super comfy. We could have used one more pillow but now that I think of it - I probably could have asked the front desk for one;0). The grounds were also beautiful, with lots of peacocks and birds and a nice walking path around a pond. Also - breakfast was excellent! A good variety of fresh fruit, breads, and typically local food.
