How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it is clean, cheap and cheerful.
The property is well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable. The gardens and landscaping is beautiful. The place met our needs for being close to the airport and clean.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the rooms just to old and basic for the expensive price.
The pool was nice , the hotel area is also nice and full of beautiful flowers and trees . It was also really quiet what was good. Service was nice and tried to help all the time. Restaurant was also good 👍

Price for what it is.
There is not much choice of hotels in Liberia. For our last night before flying out it was fine. It's just by the highway, so easy access to the airport. It's a bit dated but our room was clean. Breakfast was very good.

Room and bathroom were old and worn looking. Need a refresh. With updated and new cosmetics, would give this place 5 stars.
Beautiful setting, quiet, lovely pool. Excellent food in the restaurant. Staff were very attentive and helpful, speaking English and Spanish as needed. Very good included breakfast of local flavor.

A bit dated and close to the highway but not bad.
Good value. Nice outdoor space. Restaurant had good food. Bar was good. Staff were excellent.

Rooms need refurbishment
Apart from the hotel's location close to both Liberia city and the LIR airport, we also liked: - Food at the restaruant what was very tasty, both breakfest and dinner - Staff was nice and attentive at both restaurant and reception - Rooms were big enough and with air conditioning - Property where the hotel is located is great with lots of green places, trees so you can walk around a little bit - Big tree in front of the hotel is worth seeing

The bed was making noise.
Nice pool, very good food for dinner at night. That was ok for one night after our flight . Not too far from the airport.

Beautiful, big swimming pool and good restaurant. Due to the way the hotel is set up, you forget being located next to the highway and it feels homely and safe.

All good this time. way better than our first stay at this hotel.
We stayed in a superior room this time which was much nicer than the standard room we stayed in a week earlier. I was surprised as the price for the superior room was less than the standard room????

The rooms are very dated. That said, the room was clean and provided all your basic needs.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special shout out to Luis at the front desk. He was very helpful and patient with a couple of tired travelers and answered all our questions.

Our flight out of LIR was cancelled and we needed a place for one night. Staff made check in easy and fast, and room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included, so worked out great!

Have tónica for gin and tonics. :-) Its 2 km away from town so a bit far to walk but could get a taxi Otherwise all was good
The grounds are nice and they have the buildings sited in such a way that the highway noise (highway is right next to the hotel, tho is raised there) was not an issue for me. Nice to have a bar and restaurant right at the hotel and was open 11am-9pm or so. The food was good. There is also a very nice pool. The staff mostly spoke english. Breakfast was very good too
