Great view of arenal volanco and setting. Comfortable for our family of 4. Friendly staff and responsive via WhatsApp. 5mins drive into town for food and groceries..

Not a 5 star resort but a friendly, clean and affordable place stay. Metal roof was very noisy during rainstorms.. sounded like marbles being dropped on the roof when raining heavily. But it quickly becomes background sound once you get used to it.

Remember it’s in the rain forest. Walls are made from wood and there is no 100% close walls. Insects can come in when light is on. The place was clean and comfortable. Our hot water broke and it was late at night so they moved us to a new room and helped with the move. Most staff don’t speak English but google translate was great. The staff are kind and welcoming. Great value for the money. I would definitely return.

It's a cozy little cabin, the staff was very kind and send you recommendations for anything you might need while in La Fortuna (restaurants, breakfast spots, tours, etc). If you need any help, they are quickly available through whatsapp. It does feel a bit like glamping considering that the cabin has small holes through which some bugs may enter - that took us a bit by surprise. However, it didn't affect us much.

Because of how much it rains it's nice to dry your hair, however, there is no hair dryer in the room. You can text them to ask for one but if someone else is using it you might not be able to get it. That's a bit unfortunate, especially if you have long hair.

Great little outdoor kitchen, nice view of Arenal when not clouded. Room comfortable enough but not huge. There is a pool available but we didn't use it. Great birdlife around for any twitchers. Could call for home delivery of meals, unfortunately they got our order wrong though.

Cabañas are squeezed in tight so parking is tight to swing into, as the overall property size is smaller than their pictures indicate. A little drive into town but we didn't mind not being in town.

Everything was excellent! The pool, the cabin, the outdoor kitchen! These cabins were close to La Fortuna waterfall. Loved this place and planning on going back soon. The young lady at the desk was so nice and helpful. There is a “soda” down the road and they deliver.

This place is great for budget stay. The hosts were great and had amazing communication. The location was secluded which was nice for us but may be a little difficult for travelers without a car. Overall a great place to stay!

Everything was splendid : location, views, comfort and staff.

It’s a small detail really but would have been nice to have a switch next to the bed to be able to switch off the light at night.

Great communication and hospitality from the staff members before and during our stay. We were warmly welcomed. It was located in a somewhat secluded location, but still a very close drive into the main parts of the town. The pool is a great area to lounge and there is a nice open shared kitchenette and dining/grill area with board games available. Our cabin had a small electric stove, kitchen tools/dinnerware and refrigerator and even a setup to make coffee the traditional costa rican way.

There is not breakfast available, which is noted in the listing on booking.com. Guests might consider bringing earplugs if they are light sleepers since you may hear noises from birds in the early mornings as well as other guests in nearby cabins.

    Almost everything

We had cabin 1 at the gate. We woke up early every day from the gate. Maybe see if the gate can open and close with less noise? That would be great.

The staff were very welcoming. Although the location was remote it was also close to attractions (10-30mins) The wifi was strong enough.

It was over priced for what we got. We had the end cabin next to the outdoor seating/dining area. A family we’re partying past midnight and then woke us again at 6am when they began breakfast. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pool looked too dirty to try to use.
