Reviews of Cadillac Rock Beach Hotel

Hell Bed , spring mattress hyper noicy... No hot water and i had to fix the safe. Have to look for the hotel staff if something is in the need, and she can't do a thought, I had to do the Jedi's trick! This is the good part!!!

The staff

The room was not like the photos, the toilet was loose and the smell was bad

Run down. Sheets ripped towels very old and thin. Also small for a bath. Rooms no sound proofing extremely noisy environment

The location.

Late at night there were some people talking loud it was really difficult to sleep for my tour the next day. On the other hand, it offers parking, nonetheless, if you arrived and there is not space in the parking lot you need to search for a parking. Also, if you find space is better not to move your car otherwise someone else could take your place.

Breakfast not included. Just very basic,very clean accommodation for a single man at reasonable price. Staff accommodating.

,There was n-o breakfast and n-o refrigerator as advertised, all food we brought got spoiled. We liked the AC, and the staff was very helpful,

When we wanted to take a shower there was no hot water. The staff was fast to repair it, but the shower wasn’t good, was spraying in all directions . Maybe the rooms were better upstairs, but I cannot climb stairs, so the very nice Margarita gave us that room on the ground floor .

A/C not working properly. I was not even cooling the room down.

Location to the beach, staff was awesome

Bed wasn’t very comfortable

The bed was not clean with man hair in it. There was no toilet paper when we got there and there was nobody in the reception to talk to. The card for the room didn’t work 3 times and we had to switch it every time (in one day). And the women in the reception charged me with higher price then the booking.

Hotel Central for everything and close to bus station and beach. Room was a good size 👌 Although there was a bar next door it was quiet at night. Good coffee ☕️ shop for breakfast. Turn right when come out of hotel Staff very pleasant.

The floor tile was cracked and broken with shards in several areas. The floor was spongy in several areas. The bed was very uncomfortable. It smelt like mold. The AC didn’t work well.

I was charged $86 when the app said that I had to pay only $76 The door of the room had a really big hole, and it was just cover with tape There was a lot of noice The room had a really bad smell We were 3 persons and they just gave us one key and 2 towels

Wasn't sure if breakfast was included, staff did not mention it.

Room hardware was dated, busted door apparatus, and loose faucet.

Location is perfect, close to the beach, many bars and restaurants, shops Pretty interesting design
