Screen door did not seal properly and bugs for into the room

Simple but more than sufficient. Breakfast was good

Check in was a bit tricky due to language barrier. We arrived after 6pm and there was some confusion on the room location. We sorted it out but took a short while, especially due to language barrier

Pretty grounds, frog pond, birds, and a resident sloth.

No hot water in bathroom sink so had to wash up in cold water although there’s hot water in tub shower (tub didn’t work), Very cold water in pool comes from a spring too cold for me. No hot tub. The restaurant is separate from the hotel.

beautiful room, large and spacious, clean and simple, really nice, great family room and bathroom size. Breakfast is lovely and LARGE, well worth it.

Pool is amazing, spring water, it is COLD! (and that's fine, just be ready for it). It rained buckets (tremendous thunderstorms) and that's ok, the room held up well.

It was a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a tubing tour, which was so much fun! Close to Tenorio Park entrance and also close to plenty of restaurants. The pool looked great, but we didn’t get to use it. Breakfast was great!

The gardens and property were beautiful!! The pool was clean as was the room. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a bathtub in the room!! Rare in Costa Rica!! The porch had seating and a hammock outside. There are two restaurants within walking distance and we ate at both.... Good food, service and pricing!!

The pillows and bed could have been more comfortable.... especially the pillows.

1. Location was perfect for our planned activities. 2. We felt totally integrated into the local (natural) environment. 3. Included breakfast was very good and saved a morning hunt for nourishment. 4. All Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. 5. Lovely pool. 6. Quiet and private. The location is not elegant, just perfect for the area!

Very helpful ands friendly staff. Very good typical Costa Rican breakfast. Comfortable beds. Pretty outdoor space and pool area. Great location for accessing the National Park.

The room was extremely sparse with a small bedside table and few places to lay anything out. A few hooks on the wall would’ve helped a lot as would small reading lamps over the bed versus just one bright overhead light.

- very nice location in the jungle - There are hammocks in front of the rooms to relax with a view of the jungle - very attractive environment - Breakfast very good (Gallo Pinto, eggs, fruit, toast, coffee, juice) - Parking space available

Great location and beautiful landscaping. Very tropical. Pool was great. Staff was excellent. Very good traditional breakfast.

Wi-Fi was only available in the common area where breakfast is served. I was in the room closest to the common area and could not get online. Same can be said for the pool area. I live in Costa Rica and have the main phone service “Kolbi” and still couldn’t get a connection. That’s no fault of theirs. For me, this is a dealbreaker. I wouldn’t stay here again just for that reason. They need to invest into Wi-Fi extenders or it’s a no go.

We had a lovely stay here! Surrounded by nature, you feel like in a jungle paradise. The staff were very nice and helped us plan our activities. There is also a restaurant nearby (just a few metres away).
