Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe price is way too high, even though we got an upgraded room, we saw the price on booking was 25% less than what we paid. Breakfast included in price not nutritious enough.
Beautiful location with a lot of potential. Sweet resort pets. Diana is an adorable host. Cleanliness of the room.

United StatesThe rooms are not in great shape and should have been updated years ago. Bathroom and kitchen were particularly in poor shape. There was also no WIFI reception in our room which was annoying to say the least. Feels like there is a bit of false advertising given the outdated accommodations, but thats partially on me.
Location is a bit off the grid and we had the ocean all to ourselves. Pool and grounds are great. Staff and owner were responsive and made us feel welcome. Restaurant is just ok.

United KingdomFirst of all, if you expect a 4-Star hotel, this isn't it. It might have been many years ago, but overall the place is quite run down. We had issues with a swarm of angry, wild bees living in the roof just above our room & entrance - swapping rooms was made out to be the BIGGEST inconvenience, as if it was our fault that we don't want to get stung. The breakfast was a joke - just some sad pastries, everything else has to be paid separately. We also left a baseball cap in the dining area, at first staff said they'd found it, but then suddenly it had disappeared... Overall, although the location is stunning, the hotel itself is not.
The location itself, although very remote, is stunning. The beach is empty and the scenery is just beautiful! Very quiet and a relaxed pace of life.

United StatesThe rooms were clean, but really dark. The ceiling was open at the top dividing the bathroom and sleeping area. You couldn’t see over, but it makes it uncomfortable using the bathroom. The pool also needed some lighting. It was a nice pool, but we swam at night, and I hit my knee on one of the little drop offs because there was no lighting.
Part of the reason for staying here was the free breakfast. However, when we got to the breakfast, there was just a meager selection of pastries and some bread you could toast and coffee for free. If you wanted anything lease, like eggs, you had to pay for it. It was very deceptive to advertise a free breakfast when it was little more than a piece of bread.
