Not a deal breaker but a towel dryer/heater would help to reuse the towels. If you shower mowing and evenings the towel remains damp.

Nice quiet area, beautiful garden en view from the restaurant. Delicious food, better than expected and exceeded our expectations. We had dinner two nights before at the four season what we did not like. Boena was a lot better!!

Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great restaurant on property. There are several hiking trails through the rainforest on the property. They also offer a variety of activities and transportation. The beds were comfortable and the shower was luxurious.

We asked for a late checkout and they only let one of our rooms checkout. It wasn't busy so not sure why.

Cool spot with great bird watching and neat night walk tour; restaurant was unique. The restaurant is beautiful and our waiter was really nice!

It’s overpriced, for the money you pay there should be a wet area available ( sauna, Turkish bath or jacuzzi) or at least hot tubs on the rooms. Restaurant is also very expensive

One of the two access roads currently being re-built.

Large and clean rooms with exceptionally large bathroom. The restaurant balcony has a superb vista, perfect for sunset and for watching the hummingbirds. The ecological ethos of the resort is compelling. Fabulous restaurant staff.

Set in a commanding position, surrounded by jungle, this top end Eco-Lodge delivers. Beautiful view from the upper bar patio. Lovely food. Gentle staff and zip wiring in site.

The restaurant was expensive for dinner but the food was exceptional and worth the price (monteverde is pricier to eat anyways).

Beautiful property in Monteverde. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The bed was so comfortable. Room has been freshly remodeled and is clean and private. The breakfast is included and is Amazing! Would definitely return to this beautiful property.

We loved the location of the lodge, the zip-line is just above (3 min walk) and the animal night tour starts at the lodge (the tour guide was very knowledgeable). The room was clean and nice, dinner by the fire fancy and cosy. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

Wonderful location, sunsets from the restaurant were spectacular whilst watching humming birds feed a few feet away, great food and drink. Wonderful!

We loved everything.

We really enjoyed this property! It was secluded and absolutely stunning. There were so many animals and birds but the best was the hummingbirds at breakfast every morning! We also enjoyed the hiking trails onsite. Everything was clean and comfortable!

The hotel offered ponchos but didn’t have enough to go around so we didn’t get any for our entire stay. The room had a small heater but wasn’t sufficient to dry anything (we were there at a particularly wet time).

You could hear everything from the bathroom like it’s magnified. You drop a toothbrush and the person in the bedroom thinks the wall will come down.
