You arnt able to park very close to your room which wasnt a big deal for us but may be for some. It's in a gated area and where only given one gate fob , a second one would be ideal when our group split up to do different activities. These units are all attached so the odd time you do hear noises from other units , typical of a condo I suppose and just something we arnt used to. This was the most expensive of our 6 accomodation places this trip, we quickly realised coco is simply an expensive area and will probably look for something on the outskirts more immersed in nature next time, not necessarily a negative of this apartment but something to keep in mind.

Within walking distance to the beach and some shops, large living room and dinning area to relax at the end of the day. Having two bathrooms was handy for our group of 5. Nice balcony. We liked that it was a 2 story with the bedrooms up stairs and kitchen downstairs. Some of us in our group are early risers so it was nice being able to enjoy a coffee without waking the rest of the house up.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. We had a little bit of an issue with the plumbing but that could have been from the rain storm that we had which management pointed that out, they preferred if you throwed the toilet paper in the garbage instead of in the toilet because the toilet paper could plug it up as well. Also we had a little bit of an issue with the AC in the livingroom main floor but they were working on that right away. If you have an issue with anything, just message management. It may sometimes take them a little bit of time to respond, but they do get back pretty quickly.

The home was perfect, very spacious, clean & cozy. There are 3 pools very close to the condo, 6 pools in total. The main pool is amazing we spent every day there. The staff & neighbors are very friendly & helpful.

Power kept turning off with the rain, pool was in need of repairs, and the hot tub didn't work. None of this was unit-specific though.

Great hospitality and prompt response from the host when needed. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and the AC worked well. Walking distance to decent restaurants and the beach.

Nothing -everything was amazing!

Everything was beyond what we expected. We thought we had one bathroom but there were two. Beautiful place and excellent help from property manager - she was easy to reach and helped us with activities and other things. This place has 6 beautiful pools- we used three of them and it was do quiet and oeaceful like no one else was around.

It was safe, behind locked gate. Condo was updated and had everything we needed. They even had beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler for the beach.

No complaints, everything was superb.

This place deserves 6 stars out of 5. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. Great views off the balcony but also from different areas of the complex, including by the pools. Laura was a wonderful host and met us to give us keys and show us around the property. We will absolutely come back and bring family and friends with us. If you see this place available, scoop it up!

The only possible points I can think off is that there was no dishwasher and that it is a bit of a long walk to the center of Coco, but honestly said I didn’t really mind either of them

Only thing to mention is there's lots of stairs around the property. But I got my workout in. :)

The apartment is very modern and spacious. It was stocked well with kitchen appliances. Plenty of towels. The beds were comfy. The view was nice. The lady who checked us in was very nice. We arrived a couple hours early and we were still able to check in without a hassle. There are 6 pools on the property with security guards who are walking the property all the time. I would Def book with them again.

Very clean and comfortable. Modern. Pools were great. BBQ unusable. Staff very friendly but couldn't co-ordinate time to meet for check-in and payment. All worked out on Costa Rica time! Did all communications thru whatsapp.

The only slight disappointment was that the bbq needed charcoal and we were too lazy to buy some (would have been nice if it had been provided). A gas bbq would have been a dream so we could cook outside...but as it was, we ate breakfast and lunch there most days and went out for dinner most nights while there.

Upon Arrival, we drove through a gate that was overseen by a security guard (the neighborhood is completely safe regardless). We found a parking spot easily, then located the condo. There was a lockbox which was easily located and used regularly. It was a really easy way to keep keys safe and convenient for our family members. The Unit was neat as a pin, and felt very clean and maintained with everything working as it should. The ice maker in the fridge was great. Main floor had good amount of space, plus laundry room and a closet that held beach chairs, pool noodles and a cooler. Such a thoughtful touch and was well used by our group. The town was a 15 min. walk away, but after dark, there are no sidewalks, so everyone walks with a flashlight. Maybe a tad dangerous but its what is done there. As we had a car, we drove into town in addition to walking depending on how we felt. The town was busy and lots of fun..a real beach village vibe. Tons of restaurants and services. Coming back to the house every night was quiet and relaxed... as was waking up to fresh coffee on the patio. There was def. privacy when sitting outside of the unit, however if you wanted to be social, you could walk a few steps to any of the pools all over the complex. There was one at the top of the complex that had the built in pool beds. It had loungers etc...and was really nice. It def. skews older, so our teenage boys didn't have others to hang out with necessarily, but we as a family loved the peace and tranquility of the area. The foliage and flowers were stunning.... The Air con was perfect, and beds super comfortable. We had drinks on the upper balcony many nights watching the sky turn pink...
