The location mostly and the communal areas like the pool and jacuzzis.

I didn't like that most of the kitchen utensils were not washed properly, some had food residue and others had a bad smell because they had been put away before they were completely dry. Another problem we had was that our room (B27) was adjacent to another room which shared a door (which was closed), but the problem was that the teenagers from the family that rented that room were knocking and banging on the door all night and trying to open it and no matter how much we told them to stop doing it, they didn't stop until a while later. And another problem we had was that when we arrived, our reservation information had not been shared in advance with the property manager, who had no idea that we would arrive at the apartment and that caused quite long waiting times while they resolved the error they themselves had.

The location is away from the busy part of town and an easy walk in or to the beach. Security was good and it was close to everything we needed, including the bus terminal. Owner and local manager were helpful and responsive.

We were not able to get any TV services to work without paying for an account..

The house wasn’t clean, NO hot water, the shower itself was really in poor condition.

I loved the location, close to the beach. It was a perfect little gated community for my family of four! The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to prepare our own meals. There were many stores in walking distance to grab some quick groceries when needed and a short drive to the beach.
