The hot spring water was not warm enough, so it felt cold when it rained. There weren’t many things to do at the location, which was disappointing. The staff at the counter did not speak English, which made communication very difficult.

The toilets and bathroom of our room were not clean when we arrived and we had to ask twice to get it cleaned up. At the end someone came and did a good job but the first impression was not good...

The spot is really cool for a family. Natural Sauna, golf and gym made my days. We stayed 2 days and 1 night. One additional night would have definitely been a plus.

The warm pool, the types of pools in general. One of the pools was dirty slippery on the bottom and the water didn't look clean. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body cream. The service of the lady in the Cafeteria wasn't very polite.

The river was great with thermal water, the breakfast was very good with natural orange juice, and the room was clean.

Make sure that what you reserve on booking is what you get at the hotel. Breakfast could’ve been better (different fruits, less grease..).

It would be nice if every other day there would be a different variety of breakfast items to choose from to accommodate people staying two days or more. We stayed for two days and the breakfast were the exact same items. The rooms were ok. Some electrical outlets were not working but we managed.

The Spa, natural hot springs, jacuzzi, and pools. All Staff members were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Especially at the reception desk where they were bilingual, many thanks.

The limitations in alcohol favorite drinks like Brandies & cognacs. no good selection of beer. could not even get the popular Pilsen 6.0. The lack of refrigerator in the rooms makes it inconvenient since the hotel does not have a convenience shop in the premises nor the bars in the property carry a good selection of liquors.

The walking trails, the thermal waters and the location were the best qualities.

The rooms were somewhat lacking. There was only a single desk chair in the room which was uncomfortable to sit on. Maybe a couple more chairs inside or outside of the room would have been more relaxing since the beds were the only thing you could sit on. The rooms could also have some better amenities like a coffee make and a small refrigerator. We had to constantly go to the bar to get ice.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. The Resort was very nice and the thermal pools were excelllent. Restaurant did a pretty good job with their buffet breakfast and dinner was very good as well.

Breakfast was okay but no variety. On the first day our room was not clean. There were stains in the bathroom, dead bugs in the backyard and the light in the back did not work. Towels were not enough for 4 people. As if they didn't check the room before giving it to the guests. The pillows were bad.it had lumps everywhere. The room didn't have phone to reach out to the front desk. But they took care of the cleaning and light problem the next day even when we did not report about the light.

Staff was friendly and always available. Property is large. It has thermal river right next to the property. Thermal pool and sauna on the property. My kids loved the pool We saw some tucans right in the backyard.

heated thermal pools, natural from nearby river, no fuss, friendly service walk down by river to appreciate forest and small trail spotted Tucans in trees when at breakfast. Driving up to it I thought we were in middle of nowhere, behind the gate this small oasis. Thermal pools open 24 hours/day, even in rain

I tried calling with a few questions, but unfortunately no one answered. I had to go to the office in the morning to ask in person. Also, the sauna was closed, which I was really looking forward to using.

Everything was very clean, the food was great, and everyone was so kind. I really enjoyed the river with all its beautiful sounds, and even the water tasted delicious. I was especially thankful for the chance to swim with a group that was doing exercise and dance—it was so much fun! The only thing I would suggest is adding a little music outside by the pool to create a small dance area. That would make the experience even more enjoyable.
