The hosts are welcoming, the grounds are absolutely stunning, and the chocolate tour with Jason was the most informative of its kind that I've ever done (and I've done a few!). It's actually far more than just a chocolate tour - you'll learn about so many other interesting things they are doing there. Special shout out to Noah, who went above and beyond to meet any request. Thank you! Oh, and breakfast is fantastic - Jutta's bread is not to be missed!

There were only a few small things, but they're not even worth mentioning because Noah took care of them almost immediately! Do keep in mind that this is a rustic place in the middle of nature. You shouldn't expect luxuriously appointed rooms or an entertainment program. But if you want a peaceful, comfortable place to stay while experiencing what a tropical forest restoration and regenerative agriculture project looks like firsthand, this is your place!

    Great and healthy breakfast.

The rooms in the lodge are absolutely not sound proof which means you can hear the person next door talking and snoring. Try to get an upgraded separate cabin.

Beautiful place, lovely staff, great location.

Unfortunately there is no sound insulation, so any noise from a neighbour can be heard.

Our bungalow was great and the location is amazing! In the middle of the rainforest, surrounded by a botanical garden. Everything was wonderfully maintained and included a refreshing pool. In addition, the hosts were very friendly, and we felt very comfortable there!

This is a workimg cacao and vanilla farm using green methods. We took the tour and they pitched it at a high level because we want to use their ideas in Papua new Guinea. Fantastic experience. Romantic. Garden of Eden. While Sand beach nearby deserted tropical paradise but with store nearby for drinks. Lots of birds, monekeys, fruit, plants - wonderful.

More time to stay there, My fiancee and I loved it.

very nice location and cabina surrounded by nature.

friendly advise: please replace all towels and bed linen. They were old, stained and smelly.

Alex is an open and helpful host. He recommended and lent us rubber boots for our hike in the national park, which was brilliant in hindsight! He's obviously passionate about the flora in his garden. The trail on the property is great. We saw a pair of toucans, monkeys and all sorts of lizards and insects, while the grand Ceibo and Ficus trees were the highlights. Breakfast was great and the bungalow has a very nice deck to relax on.
